The family room in our upper half-storey hasn't been used as a living space in nearly 50 years. The walls are crumbling, the windows need replacing and don't get me started on the wall paper. Our young children are growing and the 900 sq ft. main floor is rapidly becoming overcrowded. If we don't renovate the space soon the only thing left to do is have haunted house tours. Help us... please!
